Shipping

GentWith has multiple warehouses within the Europe. Orders will be shipped from any warehouse close to your destination.

We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL.

We have been working with USPS, UPS, FedEx for years to offer the lowest shipping rates for expedited shipments. Standard shipping is free.

Yes, we offer free international standard shipping service. Expedited shipping will be cost just for $39.99USD.

We ship within 3 business days of receiving your order (not including weekends or holidays). When you receive the item depends upon the shipping method you select during checkout. 

Standard Shipping usually takes 3 days for processing and delivery will be made in 5 to 10 business days. Its Free of cost internationally.

Expedited Shipping usually takes 1 day for processing and delivery will be made in 3 to 5 business days. Its cost $39.99USD internationally.

Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive the Order Confirmation email – Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. (Weekends and Holidays not included)

You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by Shipping Confirmation email. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’.

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just contact us so we can help you further.

• We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

• If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the tracking number you can expect to receive.

• If an item is missing, please contact. Our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

A package is returned to the sender if delivery cannot be completed or if delivery is refused. Once the package is received back we will process a refund MINUS a fee.

If you reach us before shipment was sent. we can cancel your order. If we shipped, we cannot do anything to cancel your order.

GentWith website utilizes a real-time inventory system, but occasionally we may find certain product at undesirable condition during inspecting process before shipping.  In this very rare situation, we will remove the item from your order, ship the remaining of the order, and contact you via email, whatapp or contact number regarding the unshipped item.  You will receive email notification should this occur.  We will wait for your instructions to resolve the out of stock item. This can include a substitute item, merchandise credit or a refund.

  • Write Your Full Name and Complete Address.

We send email with tracking number and tracking link after shipping. You can also track your order on our website at the following link: Track Your Order

After placing your order. You’ll get an email automatically for order conformation. This email has your order ID. You can track your order using this ID.

Product

We have directions for finding your size on our website at the following links: Men’s suit sizing help.  Also our height and weight sizing chart is very helpful to find your size. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.

Some of our suit pants are the industry-standard six-inch drop. This means that if you order a size 46 jacket, it will come with size 40 pants. All of our pants have unfinished bottoms to make altering an ease. Sizing Charts are attached with each product.

If there is no option to choose pants size of the tuxedo/suit, you need to see size chart attached with product to see pants size with specific suit. Packages are imported together. We don’t separate them.

Yes, Suit/Tuxedo pants have unfinished bottoms to make altering an ease.

Yes, all pants can be adjusted with certain centimeters. Please consult your tailor or our customer service department if any question about a particular style.

Payment

No, all transactions are processed through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) gateway. Your payment information is carefully protected and we will never store your payment card information.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

There’re no hidden charges. We just charge mentioned price.

Some countries impose customs fee on imports. We have nothing to do with this. Because every country has its own rules. So, customer will be responsible to pay any kind of customs fee in his/her country.

We do not issue print catalogs. Everything that we sell is on our site. No print catalogs mean we can pass even more savings on to our customers, and be friendly to the earth as well.
